Allos Investment Advisors®, LLC is an SEC registered investment advisor located in Overland Park, Kansas. Allos Investment Advisors®, LLC and its representatives are in compliance with the current filing requirements imposed upon SEC registered investment advisors by those states in which Allos Investment Advisors®, LLC maintains clients. Allos Investment Advisors®, LLC may only transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration requirements. As an independent Registered Investment Advisor, Allos Investment Advisors®, LLC may transact business in any state in which the filing requirements are met. Proxy Voting Policy

Allos Investment Advisors®, LLC (“Allos”) does not vote client proxies. Therefore, although Allos may provide investment management and/or advisory services relative to client investment assets, Allos clients maintain exclusive responsibility for: (1) directing the manner in which proxies solicited by issuers of securities beneficially owned by the client shall be voted, and (2) making all elections relative to any mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, bankruptcy proceedings or other type events pertaining to the client’s investment assets. Allos and/or the client shall correspondingly instruct each custodian of the assets to forward to the client copies of all proxies and shareholder communications relating to the client’s investment assets.
